Official Notice... All of my recipes are "poached." As are the photos. I'm just passing along the creative genius of others.
That being said, I vow NEVER to make one of these recipes exactly as it is described. I find it physically impossible to adhere to another's recipe exactly, though I'm sure the originals are exceptional.
I suggest using this blog as inspiration and giving your own renditions a personalized touch... Or just enjoy drooling over the photos.
